Hi
I am a teacher on H1B. I am here with a company GTRR. If you are a math, science or special education teacher you can get job easily. The company site is gtrr.net.
yes She is Math teacher.
What is process of getting H1B. Is they are applicable for H1B or they need diff VISA. then what is the process of getting that. or if they are applicable for H1b then it is the same process as for S/W Prof.

You do not loose your priority date even if the old employer revokes the 140.
As long as there aren't be any provable fraud intentions involved, in the whole GC process with the old employer, the priority date remains with you.

Recommend brining wide on H4 considering you have H1B once she is here you apply for her 485 along with yours.

2- Yes (but the job duties have to be relatively the same)
3- tricky, if your employer revokes your i-140 before you file a change then you lose the date. its tricky waters

This due to increased fee coming to effect after July.
The increased fee went in on July 31, 2007 and as far as I know, no relief in fee was provided to naturalization applicants unlike I-485 applicants till Aug 17. Still many naturalization applications were filed in Aug 2007.
Looks like the I-485 wave swept the naturalization applicants too :)
