Well, One of the companies I worked in the past used Morganlewis's service and I heard good reviews. I dint know they attend to individual cases as well.

My attorney by mistake has applied for my ead renewal 10 days before the 120 time frame. I was supposed to send my application to USCIS by June 20th but my attorney sent it today and did this by mistake. can the gurus please explain me my options. i would hate to miss the line for being diligent. do they reject my application and if so will they send it back. can i apply a new app before i get this application back or do i have to wait till it comes back (if it comes back). what other negative implications should i be worried about.

I dont mind the main font, the ammount one is cool. I think you need to find some way to make the contrast beter towards the right side of the main text, amybe with a different fill or a stroke. I like it!

Hi,
I am planning to file EB2 and port my EB3-I140 PD. My current position is System Analyst with EB3 job requirement. I can get a promotion but that doesnt qualify for EB2 job requirement. So I am planning to move to a different position, Research Associate which qualifies for EB2(it requires masters degree) with the same employer. Can I file EB2 with this position and port my EB3-I140 PD? Advice pls.

Today Immigration Customs and Enforcement ("ICE") (http://www.ice.gov/pi/nr/0909/090910elcentro.htm) announced an arrangement with Imperial County Sheriff's Department in which individuals during the booking process will have their biometric data checked with Department of Homeland Security ("DHS") data and FBI data to determine whether or not they are in the United States illegally. When a person's fingerprints match those of someone in DHS' biometric data system, ICE is automatically notified. ICE will then take steps to determine the individual's immigration status and then take appropriate action after the offender completes his or her prison term.
ICE already has agreements with Los Angeles County and San Diego County. Nationwide coverage is expected by 2013.

1. Question regarding my I-94 form...
I have one which I got when entered US, 4 yrs back which is expired and after that I got new ones with each H1B application extension.
Should I send all of them or just the latest one? or the one i got while entering (Expired one)
2. Is it possible to travel on old AP While applying for EAD and AP renewal?

Not sure why you want to go to Consulate in India and why you have to mention to them about the 22 days. H1 will not be processed in the Consulate in India, it will be processed only here. If you are saying that in future when you go to the US Consulate in India for stamping then its not needed to mention about the 22 days, since you filed before the I-94 expiration. Do have a soft copy of the FexEx receipt saved for your future use.

Thanks for the reply.But in my H1-B petition the DOB is correctly enetered.In my H1 stamping(Visa) the DOB is not correctly enetered.When i went to Driving licence office they checked my passport DOB and Stamped VISa DOB.and they asked me to get the DOB corrected in the Visa.one of my friend suggested me to goto INFOPASS and get it corrected.
Do u have any idea?

My PD is 08/04/06, and my AP is expiring on June 2nd, I probably will have to travel sometimes June end. I am in a fix if I should go ahead and apply for Ap now. My PD will be current begining June 1st. I heard it may take 1 week to 60 days to get GC after your date becomes current, Do you guys think it's good idea to just apply for AP just in case?

You may apply for AP at any time right? If you apply now, it is very unlikely that you will receive before your June end travel. And if you don't get your GC in june what will you do ? see, it is very easy to ask confusing questions. :)

In the past week or so we have been receiving many requests for evidence on all H1b cases filed on April 1, 2009. The RFEs received by us and practitioners across the country so far appear to only request that the single page of the I-129 Data Collection sheet be sent with the TARP question answered.
Due to the passage of EAWA, USCIS is required to collect TARP (and Section 13 funding) information on each H-1B petitioner. However, by the time the new form became available, we had already completed our packages for the H-1B cap filing period for April 1, 2009. Therefore, USCIS confirmed that the new I-129 form was not mandatory and that only the one page (of the I-129 Data collection sheet requesting the TARP information) was urged to be included.
At the AILA Spring Conference in Washington, D.C., Barbara Velarde, Chief, USCIS Service Center Operations, mentioned that if the TARP information was not included in the filing, the petitions would not be rejected. However, USCIS would need to send an RFE for the TARP information. Unfortunately, this was not clearly explained in the USCIS fact sheet on TARP issued on March 20, 2009. Nevertheless, USCIS is required under the EAWA statute to obtain this information and the easiest way for USCIS to comply is to send an RFE. This is a very annoying and time consuming process for all us dealing with H1B filings, and even more confusing for the clients. You must mention ALL citations. Failure to do so can result in an allegation of visa fraud, denial of your application and even the possibility of being placed in removal proceedings. I doubt that either citation would provide a basis for denial of your application, but you should consult with an immigration lawyer before proceeding with your application.

1) Bank deposit in US around 9000 $
2) deposit in india about 10000$
3) Job No objection certificate ( parents )
4) affidavit's of support
5) They carried all property documents in india ( valuated by CPA )
