Is it possible to have second H1b visa and Labor certificate approved for employer "B" while working on H1b visa and having Labor and I 140 approved for employer "A" ??

Yes, that is possible. However, you don't need to have a second H1B with employer "B" in order for that employer to apply for LC and 140 for you since LC and 140 are for future jobs.

You should only disclose class B misdemeanors and up. I would think that your citations are class C misdemeanors, which are same as traffic violations. I don't think you are required to disclose those, unless you got arrested, taken to court, etc. Just my opinion.

Donate 1 million dollars to USCIS, they will come to your house to handover the card. I believe that is the only way you can expedite, as for as I know.

USCIS Associate Regional Director Shelley Goodwin will preside during the naturalization ceremony and will administer the Oath of Allegiance to 25 citizenship candidates. She will be joined by USCIS� Boston District Director Denis Riordan and USCIS� Manchester Field Office Director Simon Abi Nader.

Joining USCIS for the ribbon-cutting ceremony will be Bedford Town Manager Russell Marcoux, Mayor of Manchester Ted Gatsas and Glenn C. The new office, at 9 Ridgewood Road, will provide a range of immigration services, including naturalization interviews, lawful permanent resident processing, fingerprinting and photographic services and is well-suited to serve the area�s immigrant community. The new facility replaces the former Manchester location on Canal Street. The new office is based on a national model for new USCIS office locations throughout the country.
The new building is being dedicated to Sgt. Major Abraham Cohn, Civil War Medal of Honor recipient. Cohn was born in 1832 in Guttentag, an East Prussian town. He immigrated to the U.S. in the mid-19th century and fought for the Union during the Civil War serving with the 6th New Hampshire Infantry Volunteers. My in-laws got their visa at new delhi consulate on friday. they had appointment in english at new delhi. I had been looking for hindi appt dates at new delhi since june mid every day for 6-7 hours at morning and evening but could not get any hindi dates. Finally, had to book english dates on july 23 for july 30 appointment. here is my in-laws' experience:
first, they had a VO who asked them qs in english with accent. they were not able to understand a thing, so they requested him to ask qs in hindi after which he asked them to go to another counter where a young guy asked them qs in hindi. he was very polite and smiling all the time.
VO: Show me ur daughter's visa
we did not send them my wife's visa since i was sponsoring them.
Dad: We do not have daughter's visa. Here is son-in-law's visa
VO looked at the visa (I-797 and visa stamp copy), checked in computer for 4-5 mins and then asked
VO: Was it an arranged marriage?
Dad: Yes
VO: Tell me more about the process.
Dad: It was arranged marriage. My son-in-law's parents contacted us and then the girl and boy met each other and .....he described the process of arranged marriage.
VO smiled and asked: What do you do?
Dad: I am a businessman.
VO: What kind of business you do?
Dad told about his business
VO: Aapka Visa Manzoor ho gaya hai (Your visa has been approved).

In the last few days there is little news/action about STRIVE act. When this act was proposed all of us got excited and promised to each other to do everything to make it a success. Some of us did make phone calls to lawmakers (as per IV directions) but after that everything seems cooled down. Why are we losing our focus now?
Yes the new Senate bill S.1035 (tightening H1B program) might have put some doubts in our minds; but can we continue our efforts on STRIVE and deal with S.1035 thru amendments when it comes to discussion. Discussion about S.1035 on our forum is fine and in fact we might have to do that to figure out how bad/good it is our specific issues. But in the meantime we have to continue our efforts on STRIVE act too.

Dear friends,
I have an EB3 pending for years, and I submitted a marriage based green card application a couple of months ago.
I had the interview recently. The office said she requested the EB3 file, but the office that was processing it wouldn't release it to her. She said a person could have only 2 pending 485s, so the 2 applications should consolidate, either the EB3 file comes to her office or this marriage based green card application goes to the office that process the EB3 file. And she said she wouldn't want to release the marriage based file to that office. So we are stuck.
She went ahead and validated that our marriage is real, but she couldn't process the 485 because she needed all of my files. She didn't seem to be familiar with cases that have previous pending 485s. She had me signed a letter saying I'd like to withdraw my EB3 application and she'll send the letter with my EB3 485 receipt notice to the other office, hoping they'll cancel the EB3 green card application and release the file to her. She didn't seem to be certain that would do the job. She wasn't sure how long it would take and it's possible someone else will take over my case.
It's been a week and there's no updates online. I'm now scare that if anything goes wrong, I might lose my EB3 application and get stuck in the bureaucracy. I'm worried and would like to ask whether it was a typical way to handle cases like mine. Thank you very much!

Does anybody have idea or experience how long it takes for USCIS to make desicion about I-485 expedition (pending for 2.8 years now)?
My hospital sent expedition request to TSC about 3 months ago, there is no replay yet.

I went to Infopass to enquire about my interfile status. The first level officer said since my PD is not current, she will not allow me to meet the IO. I argued that PD has nothing to do with knowing the status and allow me to meet the actual IO. she still did not. What a crap !!!

can a medical assistant be eligible for H1 visa. I have a sponsor but we dont know whether medical assistant job is eligible for a H1 visa. Please let me know if this is possible. I am a medical school graduate. the hospital is a private practice. I am currently on student visa(I-20).

They applied for regular extension in July 2008 (for both his H1B extension and her H4 extension). Application is pending. Question is will her H4 status be affected if she leaves the country before approval of her extension? Lets say she leaves the country in October 2008 before their extension is approved would that cause any problems? She would plan to come back mainly once his extension is approved as she would need to take his approval in any case to Mumbai Consulate for H4 stamping. But the question is would her leaving the country cause any problems? and can she just use his approval once it comes to get her H4 visa stamped and then come back? Or do they have to go for premium processing for their current apps to avoid any issues? Thank you so much.

It is better to maintain ur F1-status (meaning all that needed to be on F1) atleast till you get receipt number.
(So that there is no need to worry incase ur application gets rejected and you dont get receipr number).
If you are on F1 while applying i-485, There is no clearly defined rules on when your F1 status goes out after aplying I-485.
If you are currently on valid F1 status then you can keep that status if you want to, provided if you obey all F1 rules
In general, If you use I-485 EAD and AP you are almost out of F1-status
