Could one by considered agricultural worker if they are in landscaping business ? what about in agricultural sales.

forgot to attach my previous employer experience letter
They will issue a RFE most likely, you can send it then. My friend was in the same istuation in March they send him an RFE.Hope this helps

Yes it is legal as long as
- the student is in legal status (valid I94 and visa/petition).
- the student is not working/volunteering (peer discussion/helping other students may be ok) for that employer before work authorization.
I unable understand what you mean by "Is he allowed to sign any documents on behalf of the company during this training ?".
Can anyone please tell, can the employee be trained by the employee before activation of visa i.e. 1st of October. The employer is not paying employee any wages for his training. Can his training be legal ? Is he allowed to sign any documents on behalf of the company during this training ?

Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this thread.
Does 1 require a UK Visa if they are travelling on British Airways? As i have my parents travelling from India to USA on British Airways(they have Multiple B1/B2 US Visa)..
Spoke to BA &they advised me to speak to UK Consulate.:(
Any info be helpful.

You need a UK Transit Visa only if you don't have a valid USA VISA stamped in the passport.
My Parents always use BA, and they never take a UK transit visa.
But if i use BA to visit India, in the near future i would be taking a transit visa, as my H1 Visa on the passport has expired (Using H1 Extension Approval right now)

Me and my wife received our EADs and our H1/H4 is valid till 2010.
My wife is attending school being on H4. Since she has EAD, can she work part time(not in school) and keep the H4 status valid.
Please suggest.
Yes, She can work using EAD part time or fulltime. But if she uses EAD, the H4gets invalidated automatically, She should keep renewing the EAD / AP.

I am trying to get a green card for the US. My parents are from east asia and I was born in Canada. I went to University in Maryland from 1992-96 and obtained my dental license. I am licensed in the US and intend to purchase a dental office soon. I will still be keeping my dental office in Canada for at least 1 year once I am able to work in the US. I heard about a investment visa however I am not investing more than $400k but it will employ at least 4 US nationals(ctizens). Can I still use the investment visa or can I get a visa for opening a secondary dental office in the US and still keep my existing office in Canada until I qualify for a green card. I am now thinking of joining an Indian based company and work for same company in US. With this I can always have a base in India and can think of relocate back if need arises. Can anyone tell me the recruiting procedure for some major companies for an applicant like me ? or How to get a recruited to Indian company while being in US..??
My area of expertise is ASP.net 3.5, AJAX, SQL Server., C#. I hold BE in CS and later completed MS in US. I have been working in US from past 5 years after completing MS.
Greatly appreciate any inputs on this�

A lot of MNCs have moved IT to India and other countries - A lot of American companies do have offshore development centers in other countries - right from Microsoft, Dell, HP, AMD .................the list will go on and on - a lot of employees relocated to their home countries and some also travel back and forth on business trips ...
Now, if you think that it is in your best intrests to join companies like Infosys, TCS etc.. a lot of those jobs are filled via referrals through existing employees or once in a while they have reqruiting drive across the country
